SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Exel Skincare. We are committed to delivering your skincare products safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Netherlands
  • European Union countries
  • Other international destinations (as specified at checkout)

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@exelskincare.com to inquire about shipping options.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Within the Netherlands:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

European Union:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

International (outside EU):

  • International Standard: 7-14 business days
  • International Express: 4-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for international orders), and carrier performance.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order weight.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over €75 within the Netherlands and EU countries.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@exelskincare.com.

6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@exelskincare.com before your order is dispatched.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, absence at delivery, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@exelskincare.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing an international order.

8. Product Safety During Shipping

Our skincare products are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. However, extreme temperatures during shipping may affect product quality.

Temperature-Sensitive Products: During extreme weather conditions (very hot or very cold), we may delay shipping to protect product integrity. We will notify you if your order is affected.

If you receive a product that appears to have been compromised due to temperature exposure during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@exelskincare.com with photos of the product.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@exelskincare.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Return and Refund Policy

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

If we do not hear from you within 30 days of the package being returned to us, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus the original shipping costs and a restocking fee.

11. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
